Vtg User made work hold drill vise & Sine plate pitting restoration needed

for auction are a couple vintage Contemporary User, machinist made  milling, drilling work hold vise.  and a tilting sine plate.  They are a recent find, and they have been lightly partially cleaned. The cleaning reveals a bunch of spots of corrosion and pitting.  Nothing is frozen, but a few screws may need some strength to get loose to restore all parts. The Drill vise is 6 inches long at the base. The drill vise is 2 1/2'' wide.  The maximum opening on the drill vise is 2 3/4'' . The drill vise weighs 5 pounds 5.8 ounces as pictured.  The sine plate measures 6 1/2'' long at the base. It is 2 1/2'' wide. When the top of the sine plate is tilted up and it measures 7'' tall. The sine plate has multiple spots of corrosion and some pitting. See pictures for a better understanding. Amazingly enough there is no corrosion or pitting on the inside surfaces.  The sine plate weighs 6 pounds 6 ounces as pictured. These machinist tools are user made and are marked with the owner/maker. They will need a serious cleaning restoration. and some scraping/surfacing.    Please see pictures for condition.
