here is a true vintage soup tureen with slotted lid and one bowl,both stamped. bowl imprinted with '96' and red painted '1203'(?) see photos. I don't see any chips or cracks. utensil scrapes and roughness to edges,esp. the bowl. stains on both and lots of manufacture 'blurbs'. The bowl is approx. 7 1/4" in diameter and the tureen is 8 1/4". it stands almost 4" w/o the lid. The gold trim is worn thoughout. I don't know what the pattern is but its is pink floral. inside and out(transferware?)
