RIDGWAYS ENGLAND "GAINSBOROUGH" BUTTER DISH NO LID
We are offering a royal semi porcelain butter dish without a lid in the "Gainsborough" pattern by Ridgways.
The made in England butter dish measures approximately 8 1/4" in length by 7 1/4" in width & weighs approximately 10 oz.
The butter dish
is in the Gainsborough style with a flow blue floral pattern with blue scrolls & gold accenting against a white background.
The butter dish is in good condition for its age - no crazing noted! There are scratches all over the front. There is a crack on the rim as well.
There are stained chips on the rim. There is wear to the gold accenting & gold trim. There are spots of staining.
