Vintage Mid-century (1950s) extremely HTF Red Roses Dinner Plate w/ 22K Gold
Description
: Features brilliant, crimson red roses with other pink and gray flowers.  The two clumps are nestled in shades of green, brown and tan foliage on white with a scalloped edge, swirled rim and a generous amount of 22K gold rim trim.
Condition
:
There are
NO
chips, cracks, scratches (even on the floor), stains, discoloration, repairs or any other cosmetic issues.  Were it not for the substantial crazing on both surfaces (images 5 & 6) it would easily grade as MINT.  The beautiful hand painted floral motif remains pristine and the gold rim trim is 100% intact and w/o voids.
The back stamp is crisp and legible.
Note
: Amazingly enough, the abundance of crazing does NOT show through any of the graphics.  Not ideal for sure, but considering this pattern's scarcity, it is most likely acceptable as a replacement.  That said, the asking price has been discounted substantially as a result.
