    Special High Temp High Strength Improved Version 3D Printed Part
    The original knob for the timer on this fryer is pretty flimsy on the underneath shaft. It works fine starting the timer, but if you want to turn it counterclockwise to run out the timer, and turn the fryer off, it takes more force. Which then causes the shaft of the knob to break.
    This replacement has thicker walls on the shaft part.
