1.Limited Lifetime Warranty. Requires a copy of your original purchase receipt. Failure to provide your receipt will limit your warranty
coverage to 24 months.
2.In the event that you receive a defective product, this warranty entitles you to a free replacement of your product. (No Labor Cost)
3.Shipment fees for returning the defective product to be paid by QTE Auto.
4.Shipment of replacement to the customer is to be paid by QTE Auto.
5.Returned products must be inspected to confirm a defect. Once confirmed a replacement will be shipped to you (usually within 3
business days).
6.This warranty does not cover failures due to:
Accident or collision.
Improper installation.
Misuse or abuse.
7.Consequential damages due to failure of other parts.
8.Parts used off-road or for racing purposes (unless explicitly stated).
9.This warranty does not cover:
Consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damage resulting from the failure of this product.
Damages resulting from improper installation.
10.This warranty is considered void if.
The vehicle is sold, gifted, or ownership has been transferred in any way.

1.If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items.
2.Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item.
3.Please contact us prior to return for information about how to handle returns.
4.Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).
In
the event of fitment, flaw, or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
5.The refund will be processed once your return is inspected by our fulfillment center.
6.We will issue a refund for the returned items accordingly. Please allow us up to 3 business days from the date
we
received
the
item
to
process the refund.

Please consult with your mechanic, or contact us, if you are not sure of fitment for your vehicle.
If the buyer has made an error
in
their purchase the buyer must be charged for return shipping and 5% of the restocking fee from the total refund.
8.The parts must ship back with our return label; we won't cover the cost if you purchase the return label. If you cannot view or downloading the return label, please reach out to us, we'll send the original return label to your email.
