Return and Refund Policy
If the customer changes his mind, the part doesn’t fit the vehicle or any other adverse situation, all items could be returned until 14 days after the date of the purchase. The product must be in its original condition and inside the original box. Buyer is responsible for paying the return freight and a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the product that will be deducted from the refund amount.
All refunds must be requested and approved before shipping. Please get in touch via eBay message to request a return, we will provide instructions and a Return Protocol Number that must be included in the shipment information. If the part returns used or damaged, we will not refund the product.
In the unlikely event that your item is not as originally described in the listing or was delivered damaged, please get in touch via eBay message and send us the information so that you can be fully refunded.
When you return your item, please keep a copy of your proof of postage until your refund has been processed. As soon as we receive your item we will inspect them and issue a refund accordingly.
Warranty
All products sold by Parts4Diesel are warranted to be free from defects related to the material and/or manufacturing process as long as correctly installed and operated under normal use and conditions in a properly maintained engine.
CONDITIONS
This warranty is valid for one year after the date of the purchase and is extended solely to the direct customer of Parts4Diesel.
Fitting of the product must be in accordance with OEM instructions and installation manuals. All other parts used in the engine are required to be in perfect usage conditions and all lubricants, fuel and coolant must be applied according to the engine specifications;
Parts4Diesel does not warrant any of its parts that have been altered from the original specifications, misused, damaged by accident or negligence or where the engine specification has been changed from the OEM standard (example: increased power, non-standard fuel pump settings etc);
Remedies under this Warranty are expressly limited to replacement parts as specified above. All other claims for loss resulted from the failure of any parts are excluded, including labor, incidental, consequential, punitive, direct or indirect economic or moral loss.
PROCEDURE
1. Get in touch with Parts4Diesel via eBay message and explain in details the circumstances of your claim, sending pictures and all available information;
2. We will analyze and reply your request. If product is to be returned for technical analysis, Parts4Diesel will issue a Return Protocol to be included in the shipping documents and provide instructions for next steps;
3. A copy of the invoice must be attached to the returning package.
Shipping
• Free shipping applies only to addresses located in the Lower Continental 48 States. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEX and usually delivered between 2 and 7 working days;
• International freight is not included. Buyers are responsible for freight, customs duties, taxes and other applicable fees incurred by the country's customs regulations;
• Local pick up is not available.
• Because of our automated delivery process, we cannot change your shipping address or cancel once you have placed your order. Check your address before completing your purchase.
