Description

For your consideration is a very interesting historical cover/letter written by an American diplomat from the United States Legation to Nicaragua in 1933. It talks about the nascent proto Sandinista movement and the concept of a canal through the country similar to Panama's and talks about a gruesome torture technique employed by the rebels.
