Simply put, these Fagor Dishwashers are durable, reliable, very well-designed and have features of premium units but without the premium price tag.
The EVO Concept PLUS line is fully USA Commercial Sanitation compliant via its ETL Approvals (meets NSF standards) and was designed to maximize energy efficiency, water efficiency and user friendliness. The build quality is excellent with a full T-304 stainless steel exterior and full stamped stainless steel interior for easy cleaning. These units all include the IPX4-Proof feature which provides stronger protection against water hose cleaning and external humidity.
The Effi Wash feature comes standard and maximizes the efficiency of the wash cycle by ensuring consistent temperatures along with the proper hydraulic action to reduce chemical usage and maximize productivity. The Digital Controls display the temperature and allow for very intuitive user-friendly operation.
This particular unit includes a WATER PRESSURE PUMP which is critical for locations that cannot reach the minimum input water pressure of 15 to 25psi. This is part of the Effi Rinse feature which assures 180F rinse temperatures at the proper pressure to guarantee sanitation standards are met. This model also offers a Multi-Power system - while it is designed to be run off 3-Phase Power, it can be connected to 1-Phase 220V sources but will only operate at 2/3 power as a result.
This high-hood door-lift unit also includes stainless steel wash and rinse arms as well as a soft-lift door and offers a Multi-connection Box for easy wiring and maintenance checks. The Soft Start feature prevents dishes from damage at the beginning of cycles by gently activating the wash pumps and also reduces noise as a byproduct.
While connected to 3-Phase power source, this high-temperature unit can clean 60 of the 20in x 20in size racks per hour, making it able to clean 1500 dishes or 2160 glasses per hour. It includes a built-in drain pump, detergent and rinse aid dispensers and can be field adjusted to work in both corner or straight-through placements in your kitchen. There are TWO wash pumps that each produce 3/4hp and the unit uses as much as 18,000W of total power via a 220V THREE-Phase connection (unit can run as little as 12,500W if connected to 1 Phase power).
It offers 3 wash cycles, ranging in time between 55, 75 and 120 seconds. It consumes only 0.63 gallons of water per cycle and has a maximum loading height area of 17.375 inches. It runs at less than 65db and measures 26W x 30.125D x 60.625H. Includes 1 all-purpose flat rack, 1 peg rack and 1 cutlery container. These items require YOU to provide the manpower or equipment to take the item off the back of the truck from the curb and into your desired location. If you do not have the manpower or equipment, you will require the LIFTGATE DELIVERY OPTION, which normally costs -75 extra, and allows the freight carrier to bring a smaller truck with motorized attachment on the back to lower your pallet down to the curb. Also keep in mind Freight Carriers charge extra for: 1. Residential Delivery = -100 extra 2. Limited Access = -75 extra for delivery to schools/churches/farms and strip malls
