Instructions;
If a new mattress I add the conditioner first and then fill the waterbed to the top of the liner usually about an inch below the top of the frame.  Burp out the air bubbles. Plug in the heater - I like 85 degrees.
If your mattress has been stored you can check for leaks first by blowing up the mattress with a shop vac and leaving it for a few hours and see if it goes down.  Another way to check is to vacuum pack it and see if it puffs up.  If you don't have any leaks fill it up.
A few days later burp air out again and add the Bubble Reducer to keep the mattress free of air bubbles.
Spray on the Vinyl Cleaner and Conditioner and wipe off with a soft towel.
Cover waterbed up with a mattress pad and add sheets and comforter.
The Vinyl cleaner and conditioner is great to use on all vinyl, padded rails, auto and boat parts, spa covers, inflatables, shower curtains, etc.  It really cleans and conditions well.  I recommend application on the waterbed at least 4 times a year to avoid cracking of the vinyl.
You will need to re-add the conditioner and the bubble stop once a year.
