    -- Starrett No.160 Toolmakers Clamp
    -- Very Old Model
    This model does not have a hole in the base for clamping to work surface.
    This hole was added very early on before 1930.
    So this model was made before that.
    Also note no model number.
    No take up block.
    Just single clamp with flat jaw.
    Condition:
    No major wear or damage.
    NOTES ABOUT MY TOOLS:
    All tools are cleaned by hand only -
    NO
    power tools used.
    Mechanism are oiled and lubricated and will be working perfectly unless specified.
    Tools will often have a light coat of oil or tool wax when sent, they may be slightly greasy on first touch.
    99% of tools listed are MADE IN THE USA, manufacturer origins will always be listed if known.
    Basically I clean the tools and remove rust
    and/
    or surface corrosion.
    Oil and get the mechanisms working perfectly.
    Give the metal a light polish.
    Finish with light oil or wax for protection.
    The result is great quality vintage tools for cheaper prices than brand new lower quality equivalents.
