Antique 1907 Benchtop Miniature Horizontal Mill +Vise E Nilson Model Watch Maker

Horizontal Mill
Antique benchtop horizontal milling machine and vise.  Bed is 16" long.
Head can pivot 45° in each direction.
Includes vise, drawbar and a 3/8" collet.  Has a mechanism for power feed on the X-axis, but it is missing it's drive parts.  4 speed stepped pulley with back gears for 8 speeds.  Takes round belt, not included.  Bearings seem good.
We tried to have the collet identified by a local machinist, but it could not be matched with any common type.
3.5" jaw vise is marked "MADE BY E NILSON BOSTON MASS JYLY 10th 1907" (yes, marked "JYLY").  Don't know if this is also the maker of the mill, as it is unmarked.  Very similar construction, and the vise has a stud on bottom that fits the bed's "T" slot perfectly.
NO other parts included.  No handles for the "Y" and "Z" axis or vise, no "T" nuts, overarm parts, or motor and drive pulley parts.
