HP Breathing Air Compressor - 31" Purification Tower Assembly
6000 PSI (414 BAR) - 20 CFM
New Airworks OEM manufactured aluminum purification tower that was removed from a Fast 140 high pressure breathing air compressor that wasn't required for customer's application. The tower has never been placed into service. Works with any HP breathing air compressor system used for refilling cylinders for use in SCUBA, fire fighting, industrial SCBA, paintball and air gun/rifles. 24 month warranty on tower.
The tower has a small coalescing replaceable cartridge that should be changed every 200 hours or 12 months whichever comes first.
Coalescing cartridge part number is AC94509 at .30.

A primary coalescing tower should be in place on your compressor prior to air entering this purification filter tower.
Your compressor,
with a properly maintained purification filter
, will produce CGA Grade E breathing air (-65°
dew point) for SCBA & SCUBA breathing air applications.
Filters must be maintained to maintain this quality of breathing air.
Clean dry air is also great for keeping air rifles and paintball guns operational, same for SCUBA and SCBA regulators and valves, for longer periods before cleaning is required. Installation Considerations:
Will this be a direct replacement for my compressor filter tower?
We have included a drawing with the port sizes in the listing for your convenience, however, the answer to this questions depends on what filter ports you currently have in regards to NPT, SAE, BSP, Metric threads or push to connect type fittings. Each manufacturer mounts their filter towers a little differently, to help with this we have also included a mounting pattern so you can mount the tower using the base. As an option you can also use clamps around the tower for mounting to the compressor chassis or wall mount using strut however, the diameter of the tower may be slightly different from your original and require a slightly larger clamp.
To determine whether you would need fittings to match up with the tower, we would need more information from you regarding the fittings currently in use on your compressor.
As far as the the purification tower, it is complete with base for mounting,  with the tower, tower cap, o-rings, coalescing filter and a new purification filter ready to be installed. The base includes ports for manual or automatic bleeding of the moisture. If your compressor includes an automatic drain system you would have to plumb the drain system to the 1/4 BSP Auto Drain Port on the base, if not automatic then you would just need to plug this port. There are 2 outlets on the base, one of these would be plugged. The outlet from your separator would attach to the base inlet, the base outlet would attach to the inlet of your priority valve (back pressure maintaining valve). The outlet of your priority valve would flow he air to your HP fill hose.
There are several ports in the base for various configurations depending on the model of compressors. These must be used correctly otherwise there are a number of potential issues you could have but we are here for assistance if you have questions. Once the correct ports are used for your application the extra ports can be plugged.
If your compressor includes an automatic drain, the filter tower MUST be plumbed to drain at the same time. If this can't be accomplished then you would need to manually drain the tower every 15 minutes. Doing this avoids excess collection of moisture in the base of the filter tower.
