    (1 3/8" diameter). Each year Spooks-N-Scoots plays host to approximately 2,000 people. It has become one of Florida's premier motorcycle events (Brooksville, FL).
    A.B.A.T.E. an acronym which originally stood for "A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments" and alternatively stands for "American Bikers Against Totalitarian Enactments", "A Brotherhood Aimed Towards Education", "American Bikers Aimed Towards Education", "American Bikers Advocating Training and Education", with other combination use.
    ABATE is a motorcycle rights organization that brings attention to issues affecting riders. Members have pushed for the repeal of helmet laws and are involved in safety training and charity work. The group started in 1971 with
    Easyriders,
    a motorcycle magazine, started publishing for adult bikers.
