Item Description
This is the trunk lid torque rod for the right side in 2006-2009 Pontiac Solstice and 2007-2010 Saturn Sky vehicles. This item mounts on the trunk lid on the right side. Torque Rods are marked with paint by General Motors to help identify them. The Rod for sale in this auction is what GM calls a RH Rod. It is marked with YELLOW paint on the tip. The yellow tip points towards the drivers side of the car. The RH Rod (this part) hooks to a hinge on the passenger side of the vehicle. Just to mention as a reference, the opposite side is marked with Green paint. Please look at photos to better understand. Replace your old part with this brand new factory original part from General Motors at a fraction of the dealer price.

Return Policy:

We accept returns/exchanges for damaged, defective and incorrect (by fault of FactoryOEMParts) merchandise. All damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported to FactoryOEMParts within 14 days of ship date, or 7 days of receipt, whichever is later, and be received by FactoryOEMParts within 30 days of receipt.
All returns must be authorized by FactoryOEMParts. To request authorization, contact us via EBay. FactoryOEMParts will issue a full refund (including shipping), or will exchange the item within 10 days (much less in most cases) upon receipt of the defective product.
Return/Refunds
Incorrect merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. If the condition of a part has been altered from the way it was received, we will not be able to issue a refund. This includes alterations or damages incurred attempting installation, noticeable markings from being mounted/installed, etc.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase, and most will be processed by the following business day from when we receive the returned merchandise. All returns must be authorized by FactoryOEMParts.
Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange damaged, defective, or incorrect (by fault of FactoryOEMParts) merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. We may request pictures of any damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise before we will authorize a return. We will ship your replacement upon receiving your returned merchandise.
It is important you make sure the item is fully inspected for damage/defects prior to installation. Please report any damage or defects to us as soon as possible, as we are unable to cover any installation or associated costs. Any items deemed defective, damaged, or incorrect (by fault of FactoryOEMParts) will be exchanged depending upon availability. If the item is no longer available we will refund your purchase.
